These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website pxla.com (the "Site") operated by PXLA ("PXLA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about PXLA's IT support, managed technology, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI consulting services, and allows visitors to submit inquiries through contact forms. The Site itself does not process payments, host user accounts, or provide any service functionality beyond informational content and inquiry forms. Any actual IT services are governed by a separate agreement between you and PXLA.

2. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site (including via automated bots, scraping, or excessive requests)

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any other harmful material

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the overall look and feel — is owned by PXLA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

4. Submissions

Any information you submit through a contact or request form is provided voluntarily and is used by us to respond to your inquiry and provide requested services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the Site's forms unless necessary to describe your request.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PXLA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PXLA and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
